About the money
Is there a per-order commission?
No. You pay a monthly fee for the store. What you charge your customers for delivery is yours.
Are the tools charged separately?
No. Ordering, delivery, age checks, tracking and notifications are all part of the monthly fee.
What about card processing fees?
Those sit with your own payment account, so the rate is yours to negotiate. We help you get set up and take no part of it.
Is support extra?
No. It's in the monthly price — being able to reach us is part of the deal rather than an add-on.
What happens if I leave?
Your data is yours. We'll export your products, customers and order history in a usable format.
Can I change plans?
Yes, and the change takes effect straight away.
