Before you book a call
Do I need a developer?
No. HatDrop is built so your team can run the day to day — products, prices, delivery areas, drivers and customers — without building or maintaining software. If something needs changing, you message us.
Whose brand do customers see?
Yours. Your logo, your colours, your domain, and your name on the order confirmation and the tracking page. HatDrop appears nowhere unless you switch on a small 'Powered by HatDrop' credit, which is off by default.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. You start on a HatDrop address straight away and connect your own domain whenever you're ready.
How long does setup take?
About a week from the first call to taking orders, and most of that is loading your products and getting your payment setup ready.
What happens to my customer list?
It stays yours. Your customers, order history, rewards and addresses live in your store's own workspace, separate from every other business using HatDrop.
Do drivers need to install an app?
No. The driver app opens in a phone browser — directions, live location, scan to confirm, proof of delivery and shift totals. Nothing to download and nothing to approve in an app store.
Can customers track their delivery?
Yes. They can follow the driver on a map, see the status change as the order moves, and get a notification at each step — all on a page that carries your branding.
What does it cost?

Can I take card payments?
